Please carefully read this Notice to Clients before your officially entrusting us for translation services. By entrusting us to provide you with our translation services, you are considered as having read and understood this Notice to Clients.

High-quality translation requires close coordination from the clients. The clients have to make plan and arrangement as early as possible, make appointment with us in advance and submit your documents to be translated.

We run our business under relevant national laws and regulations and we will be held free from any legal, economic and other natures of responsibilities incurred due to client's using the translations entrusted with us, except for the accuracy of such translations.

We will try to refer to clients' original format and text, and for those not complying with language format or grammar, we will try to make corrections as the case may be.

In case of any objections to the translations, the client must submit his requirements for revision in writing within 14 working days upon receiving the translations. Late submission of objections shall be deemed as a waiver thereof.

Generally, we keep all clients' translations strictly confidential. If you have any special requirements for confidentiality, please notify us in advance so that confidentiality agreement can be signed to for further confidentiality measures.

Unless otherwise specially stated in contract, any refund and claims arising out of omission or errors in translation shall be limited to the amount of the translation fee collected thereof.

Please specify any requirements for fonts, format, system, printing of the translations before the commencement of the translation process. Otherwise, we will start translating according the code of language and the original layout. Any consequence due to rejected, omitted, illegible or wrong entry of such requirements shall be borne by the person (s) making such entries.

Note: Shanghai Yu-Lin Translation Co., Ltd shall retain the power of final interpretation of the notices mentioned hereinabove.
