The number of characters is subject to the calculation by the "Tools" "Word Count" "Characters" (No Space) in MS WORD 2000 (Simplified Chinese Version). In case there is no electronic version for the original text, the client is responsible for providing original text in hardcopy. The number of characters will be counted by Line multiplied by Column. The final number of characters is subject to client's confirmation to take effect. |

For translation, the number of characters less than 1,000 shall be counted as 1,000 characters, with the part exceeding 1,000 characters calculated based on the actual number of characters. |

Price shall be negotiated by both parties in case that the translations involves special professions, uncommon languages or special requirements. |

Extra 30%~50% will be charged for any emergency translation. |

Unless otherwise required by the client, the interpretation service is generally charged by day (8 hours), or (at least) half a day (4 Hours) per time (simultaneous interpreting excluded). The price will raise by 10-50% for extra time (P.S.: interpreters are often busily occupied and fully booked, it is recommended that client should make reservations at least 1-2 days in advance.) |

Extra charges are applicable to overtime work. If non-local business trip is required, the client is responsible for the transportation and accommodation expenses of the interpreter/translator (upon negotiation for simultaneous interpretation). |

Certifying documents are translation texts requiring the seal of the translation service provider. In case a single copy exceeds 1000 characters, it will be treated as the general translation text and be charged accordingly, in addition to seal service fee at 50 Yuan per copy. |
